Floppy Sun Hats
The classic floppy white hats have become a must for all cricketers given the high sun protection and comfort offered by this headwear. High UPF sun rating. Green lining under the rim for sun glare reduction, comfortable towelling fit, high crown profile, stiff wide brim and fully washable. The ultimate in comfortable sun protection & made from the proper cotton canvas fabric all floppies should be made of & not the horrible fabric some suppliers use.
In 2002 we were lucky & honoured to meet the original inventor of the 'floppy' many years ago & the classic yarn & story behind Greg (not the Greg most people think of btw)) and his grandmothers hat sewing project is one we will make a short doco about one day.
